We take all reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate.

Due to fluctuations in metal prices, we reserve the right to change any items price on the website at any time.

While most of our rings can be made to order in any size, some of our rings are unique or limited editions and are only available in the size stated. However, if you see a ring you would like but it is not available in your size please contact me here, or email Suzanne@SeedSilversmith.co.uk as we may be able to help.

We are happy to ship internationally, please contact us so we can find the best shipping solution for your purchase.

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within an estimated timescale.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service or customs checks.

Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If your purchase has not arrived by the expected date please contact us and we will provide you with your tracking number in order that you can chase the shipping company.

The item or items are your responsibility once they have been delivered. Therefore, please check the package in the presence of the carrier in order the verify the condition of the items. In the event of damage, please make visual documentation along with notes and contact the shipping company and Suzanne Seed.

Any commissioned, customised or personalised items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless they contain a manufacturing fault. If the item is faulty, please contact me here, or email Suzanne@SeedSilversmith.co.uk

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange, credit note or refund. The item must be in their original and unworn condition and returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery service to the value of the contents, in its original packaging. We do not cover the postage costs or refund these to the customer. Returns will not be accepted after this time.

Postal costs and special orders, including commissions, are non-refundable and exempt from this policy.

When ordering rings and bangles it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the correct size - some items are not suitable for resizing. If you are unsure, we recommend contacting Suzanne Seed to arrange a fitting or for further advice.

If you should experience the need for repair on any piece of Suzanne Seed Silverware or Jewellery please contact me here or email Suzanne@SeedSilversmith.co.uk rsmith.co.uk Please include your name, contact details and the repair issue.

With all workshops, a mutual date is to be agreed by both parties, within 6 months of the session purchase, or within 12 months for wedding ring workshops.

When purchasing a voucher for a workshop, it is up to the recipient to book a date if one hasn’t already been booked.

If for any reason this date needs to be cancelled from either side, a new date will be agreed upon. If a session is cancelled twice by the recipient, without a minimum of a weeks notice, suzanne reserves the right to not offer a third date.

The cost of the workshop is non-refundable.

Following consultations, a 50% deposit is required for all commissions in order for the making process to start, with the balance to be paid before receiving the finished piece; that date of which will be agreed by both parties.

Should you decide not to follow the commission through to completion, the 50% deposit is non-refundable as it will be used to cover the costs of time and materials spent on the project up to that point.
